My route into development ran through system administration — which means I learned how software fails in production before I learned how to ship it.
That shapes how I build. I care about data models that stay honest under growth, API surfaces that don't need a changelog to understand, and deployments that are boring on purpose. Django is where those instincts found a home.
Right now I'm deepening my work with PostgreSQL, Django REST Framework, and the infrastructure around them — and writing about what I learn.
